League of Legends - Updates Adds New Champion

As I mentioned in my post yesterday I am currently playing a highly addicting game called League of Legends. It is based off the old DOTA mod from Warcraft 3, a MOBA (Muliplayer Online Battle Arena) the goal is simple. Take 4 friends and 5 enemies and fight it out in a map in an attempt to destroy the enemy teams nexus (or "base").

Today Riot, the makers of LoL, has released an update which introduced many changes and optimizations for the engine. It also brought with it a new champion.

Ezreal, the Prodigal Explorer

Since I began playing in February of this year, Ezreal is the first champion released to cost 6300 IP (Influence Points - Earned by playing games, used to unlock champions and runes) putting him into the upper echelon of champions. Being among some of the most difficult to play champions in the game I am very interested in how he will change the meta game.

For a full read through of the changes made with today's patch hit up the link below.
